How to Order Online 

Frequently Asked Questions FAQ:

Orders must be placed under "IN STORE" for same day pickup in store/curbside or home delivery. Although, shopping inside is still an option. You can come inside as well market is sanitized rigorously. Face mask is recommended but not required.

You have the ability to see exactly, what we have “in stock,” in store for you to instantly order and pickup within the same day in store/curb side or Home Delivery. Everything is still in beta (testing mode) off the bat - it won’t be perfect. But, we will work on perfecting it daily. Please be patience with us, as we navigate our way through this newest forum of operation and keeping everyone staying safe. 

How do online ordering work?

We've created a category for items we have in stock currently located under “IN STORE,” all item in this category will mimic exactly what's available (in store) to order for SAME DAY pickup in store/curb side or Home Delivery.

As usual “ORDER NOW” category will remain the same and dedicated to items that would have to be ordered. During this time, sourcing has become a little challenging. Instead of next day arrival, some items will be filled within 24/68 hours - please be patience. The 24/68 hours mark excludes closing day (Monday), and non-delivery days (Saturday + Sundays). This is due to shortage of delivery drivers. As always, please add notes at checkout for your desire date of pickup for "ORDER NOW" items.

Our Delivery Procedures:

We understand you want to help us with your order during delivery. It is within our nature to be kind and help one another. But, it is best you remain 6 ft. apart from us or stay inside until we leave. We have a safety procedure established at each delivery. Please let us go through all the steps for ours and your safety.

Our Delivery Procedures:

  1. We pack your order with clean hands and gloves.

  2. If ordered by web: we'll send you an email with ETA at your door (find this under tracking number).

  3. Call in orders, we’ll call before heading your way - ETA by phone call or text will be provided. (If you would like to leave a us a tip, you can leave it at the designated spot you want us to leave your order - DO NOT APPROACH).

  4. We’ll pull up to your yard, sanitize our hands before putting on gloves.

  5. Carry your order to your door with a food safe box and open lid.

  6. Spray down your packaging with food safe sanitizer. This sanitizer is food safe and virus prevention as well. The mixture does contain bleach, but with a recommended safe amount by the Health Department. Spraying is done on packaging and not on food itself. 

  7. We'll snap a photo of our delivery and email you the photos. So you can be sure to know exactly where we left your order and what arrived plus how it was packed to prevent tampering. 

  8. Give your packaging a few minutes, possibly at least 5 minutes before retrieving and wiping off the food safe sanitizer. Then you can rip away into your goodies. :) Discard all packaging outside your home.

  9.  We return to our vehicle, remove gloves then discard and sanitize our hands before leaving to our next delivery. (In some cases, we’ll call to let you know your package has been delivered).

Deliveries are done Tuesdays through Fridays until 6 pm only. There are no home deliveries on Saturdays. Please scroll down to bottom of page to view delivery radius map. If you think we could do a better job at delivering, please let us know.

How far do you deliver is there a charge?

The red dot in the middle is us. Everything inside circle is 35 mile from us. There's a $5.00 delivery fee to paid at checkout. Anything beyond 35 miles will be $2.95 per miles.



Do I have to go inside?

For both categories "ORDER ITEMS" and "IN STORE" coming inside is an option but not a must. You can call us upon arrival, pop your trunk and we'll load your groceries for you. Although, inside is sterilized often and shopping inside is still an option. Gloves at entrance door, hand sanitizer at checkout and remain 6 ft. apart while shopping - PLEASE wear mask before entering. Sanitation procedures is done rigorously in store as well.  

What would I have to select at checkout?

Select your method at checkout "IN STORE PICKUP/CURBSIDE," or HOME DELIVERY." In order to receive your order within the SAME DAY  - your order MUST be placed under "IN STORE." If placed under "ORDER NOW" will NOT result in SAME DAY pickup in store/curbside or Home Delivery, and will be filled within 24/68 hours excluding closing day (Mondays), and non-delivery days (Saturdays + Sundays).  


What time will I receive my Home Delivery ?

After placing an order and selecting "Home Delivery," you will be prompted to call us and schedule a deliver time. We won't delivery if your not home. Once your order is packed and out for delivery - you'll receive an email notification. In that email/notification, view the tracking number column for delivery estimated time of arrival (ETA). 

When will I receive my order?

If you ordered items under "IN STORE," you'll receive your order the SAME DAY for in store pickup/curbside or Home Delivery.  Your order will be filled within the hour, depending on our daily volume max 3 hours. For Home Delivery, you'll receive an email notification with tracking time of arrival to your front door.

If you ordered items under "ORDER ITEMS" due to COVID, your order will be filled - as quickly, as logistic would allow us during this time. Typically, you can expect 24 to 68 hours fill time for your order this excludes closing day (Mondays) and non-delivery days (Saturdays + Sundays). You will receive a ready for pickup email - once your order has arrived, packed and ready for your pickup in store/curbside or Home Delivery.

What can I order under “ORDER NOW” and “IN STORE”?

You can order seafood, chicken, pork and beef. We'll keep adding more items weekly per your request. 

What happens if “IN STORE,” items show “out of stock”?

Once again, sourcing has become a little challenging. If an item is “out of stock,” we will do our best to stock them as quickly as our source/vendor would allow us. Please check back often to see the next “in stock,” arrival for both categories. Or place your order to reserve future product arrival under "ORDER NOW"


How do I find the food truck?

Get on our website click on “Track Us.” Select date and our location/serving time plus menu will be posted. 

How often is your seafood delivered to market?

Due to COVID, we've experienced some delays in sourcing. Typically our seafood is delivered to our market daily excluding Sundays. Since the COVID outbreak, Saturdays deliveries has been cancelled. But, we are still receiving daily deliveries from Tuesdays thru Fridays - until further notice. Each of our vendors have their own specialty and not all vendor carry the same seafood  – which is why, we deal with multiple vendors, shrimper and fisherman. What’s in stock online under "IN STORE," is exactly what's available in store. What's in stock under "ORDER NOW," is different from "IN STORE," and will arrival at a later date within 24/68 hrs this exclude closing day (Mondays) and non-delivery days (Saturday + Sundays).

How often is your online store updated?

For "IN STORE," item stocks are updated automatically hourly. Our "ORDER NOW,"items are updated daily. As they catch them it goes in stock online "LIVE." Once product is sold or stock is low - it'll be out of stock instantly. If they are done fishing/catching for the day - it will be taken out of stock immediately. We receive hourly notification from multiple vendors/shrimper and fisherman. You may see an item out of stock, then in stock within hours (depending on catch).

Prices can go up/down depending on vendor/harvest. We have no issue in rejecting catch/harvest. We have done so in the past before launching on our online market. Each of our vendor knows what is expected of them. Each item is double inspected and guaranteed freshness and quality. Can you ship?

Due to shipping cost, we've decided to discontinue fresh seafood shipping. We apologize for this inconvenience. Please stop in to see us when you are in the area. The good news, we do ship our apparel. You can view our "GIFTS" category for apparel and accessories. We're adding a sauce and rub category soon and will be available for shipping as well. 

Should I add notes before check-out?

Adding a note before checkout is vital. It guarantees freshness especially - if your ordering items under "ORDER NOW"

We don't want your order to arrive too soon before your pick-up/delivery date/time.  If you forget to add notes, no worries - we will contact you by phone/email provided at checkout and ask for a pick-up date and time.
