Please note: if you would like more than 1 lobster up your QTY at checkout. You'll be charged $18.99 PER EACH lobster added to cart, but will pay the remainder of weight at pickup. We will weight lobster upon your arrival at pickup for accurate weight total. If you would like a specific size of lobster please add notes at checkout. We'll do our best to match the lobster to your request. Lobster is a very mild and sweet shellfish. Its texture is between a shrimp and crab. Once tasted you’ll fall in love, leaving you yearning for more!They are great boil, bake; steam and grill. If you are steaming your live lobster 7 minutes per pound is recommeded.
