Our Crab Cakes are made by Luther Lewis straight from the Coast of the Carolinas. Each crab cakes are made with real local NC lump crabmeat. Most cheaper and lower quality crab cakes are made with crab broth and fish such as pollock (Alaskan White or COD fillet). This crab cake is the REAL DEAL. You can taste the crab in every single bite! No disappointment in this crab cakes, unless you're taste buds are not use to the REAL DEAL.
HOW TO COOK:
You can pan fry them with olive oil, but we highly recommend using butter. But any type of oil will do just fine. Cook about 3/4 minutes per side. Or you bake them in the oven for about 10 mins middle rack at 375 degrees.
