Swai fish better known as Basa fish in most region and in Asian Channel Catfish. The word/name Swai itself translate to Channel Catfish in Asia. Different from its kin the Blue Catfish, Swai has a much cleaner and milder taste. Its flesh is white, slightly sweet with light flakes.
