They are about 4" per oysters, very briny with a clean mild flavor. Blue Point Oysters originated near the town of Blue Point, Long Island, situated on Great South Bay, New York. Although, their home is in New York, they are considered local Connecticut oysters as well. You can expect 100 count per case and they will come washed.
