Jonah Crabs are native to North American, they are usually harvested in Maine, Rhonde Island, and Massachusetts. They are catch wild using traps. Claws are removed and cooked before shipping. Our vendor is able to supply them all year round. They are great with cocktail sauce or a squeeze of lemon. Jonah crab is very mild in flavor and sweet with shreddy white.
