This item is for in store pickup ONLY! There will be no deductions for dead crabs. You must accept delivery how it comes - this is their rules not ours - sorry. 
 
This order typically arrives in market on Fridays. Due to the survival of the crabs, picking up on a later date will possibly limit the amount of lively crabs you'll received.

A bushel of NC Live Blue Crabs # 3 She Crabs/Female Crabs are typically measured by 8 gallons. Thus, a bushel of crabs is the number of crabs that fit in an 8-gallon container. The sizes of crab varies depending on the time of year. Larger crabs will be seen in warmer months. "Heavy" crabs that are near the end of their molting cycle are more meatier and holds much less water.

#1 Jimmies (male crabs) consist of Colossal and Jumbo Crabs
#2 Jimmies (male crabs) consist of Medium and Large Crabs
#3 Females consist of small and medium crabs
